Welcome to Trinity Lutheran Church, an ELCA congregation. We pray that you will join us as we strive to follow Christ in mission and ministry. If you have a specific prayer request you would like to share with us, please let us know. If you want to know more about what it means to be Lutheran? “Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.’” — Matthew 19:14 (NIV)
Toward the beginning of most services, all children (young and young at heart) and their parents will be invited to come forward for a children’s message. Following the message, during the school year, the children will be invited to follow the Sunday School leader upstairs to explore what Jesus has done for them. After the sermon, the children will return to the sanctuary to commune and worship with their families.
All are welcome to the Lord’s Table, and the hospitality we offer is the Lord’s own invitation and welcome. You may take of the small cups with juice at the center, or of the common cup of wine. Small cups can be left in the basket at the edge of the front pew. If you would like a blessing instead, please come forward with your arms crossed. If you have limited mobility, but would still like to receive communion or a blessing, please let the attendant know.
